Charley Digital.it Return, Refund, and Replacement Policy

Welcome to Charley Digital! We are committed to providing our customers with high-quality software licenses and excellent customer service.

Since our products are digital and sent via email, we have a specific return and refund policy,

in accordance with applicable law.

Digital Products and Software Licenses

All our products are provided in the form of digital software licenses, sent via email upon completion of the purchase.

Since these are intangible digital products, it is not possible to return the product once it has been delivered.

Right of Withdrawal

In accordance with EU legislation (Directive 2011/83/EU), the right of withdrawal for digital content may be limited once the download has been started or the license key has been sent. By purchasing a software license from Charley Digital, you explicitly agree to waive your right of withdrawal once you receive your activation code.

Refund Policy

To request a refund, you must request it within 30 days of purchase. If the return is accepted, your license will be blocked and rendered unusable. However, we understand that special circumstances may arise.

A refund is only possible in the following specific cases:

The license code provided is invalid or unusable for reasons attributable to Charley Digital.

You have not received the license code within 24 hours of purchase.

The error is attributable to technical issues at Charley Digital that prevented the product from being delivered correctly.

To request a refund, you must contact our customer service at info@charleydigital.it 

providing your order number and a detailed description of the problem you are experiencing.

Refund Exclusions

A refund is not possible in the following cases:

The license key has been used and the software has been successfully activated.

The issue is related to system incompatibility or unmet hardware/software requirements,

which are specified on the product page.

Purchase error caused by the customer, such as incorrect product selection.

Physical Products

For physical products purchased from Charley Digital, we apply the standard returns and refunds policy as set forth in the Italian Consumer Code.

Customers have the right to return the product within 30 days of receiving it, provided that it is intact, unused, and returned in its original packaging.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, except for defects or shipping errors attributable to Charley Digital.

Once we receive the product and verify its integrity, we will process a refund within 14 days.

2-Year Warranty

Warranty Coverage: All products sold by Charley Digital are covered by a 2-year warranty from the date of purchase.

Warranty Exclusions: The warranty does not cover problems resulting from misuse, unauthorized modifications,

or problems caused by third-party hardware or software.

Warranty Claim:

Contact our Customer Service by email at info@charleydigital.it to report the problem and obtain a refund. Support.

Please provide proof of purchase (order number) and a detailed description of the defect you are experiencing.

Our team will assess the issue and provide a solution, which may include a replacement product.
