Data processing is carried out manually or using electronic or automated tools, according to procedures strictly related to the purposes themselves and in any case in a manner that guarantees the confidentiality and security of personal data.

Rights of the Data Subject:

Article 7 of Legislative Decree 196/2003 grants data subjects the exercise of specific rights. In particular, the data subject may obtain from the Data Controller confirmation of the existence or otherwise of his or her personal data and communication of such data in an intelligible form. The data subject may also request to know the origin of the data, the purposes and methods of processing, as well as the logic applied in the event of processing carried out with the aid of electronic means, the identification details of the data controller, the appointed data processors, and the persons or entities to whom the data may be communicated or who may become aware of it.

The interested party has the right to obtain the updating, rectification, integration, deletion, transformation into anonymous form, or blocking of data processed in violation of the law.

The interested party has the right to object, in whole or in part, for legitimate reasons, to the processing of personal data concerning him or her.

These rights may be exercised, including through an authorized representative,

In exercising these rights, the interested party may grant, in writing,

a delegation or power of attorney to natural persons, entities, associations, or organizations.

adopts appropriate measures to facilitate access to personal data by the interested party, and to simplify the procedures and reduce the time required to respond to the requester.
