DIGITAL DELIVERY:
All our products are delivered digitally via email.
You will receive a code that is best described as a product key or serial number.
The download file or link and installation and activation instructions.
Most products are delivered within 1-5 minutes.
Some products must be delivered manually and delivery may take up to 1 hour.
You can also access your purchased product through My Account:
Go to "My Account" by clicking in the upper right corner of the web page: "Hi, [your name]".
Click on "Orders". Find the correct order ID and click "SHOW" on the far right, under "ACTIONS."
On the order page, you'll find your product key and download guide (some products only receive the download guide via email).
IF YOU CAN'T FIND YOUR PRODUCT KEY:
If your product key does not appear on the order page or order confirmation,
We'll automatically send it to you within one hour of purchase, Monday through Sunday, 9:00 AM to 8:00 PM.
If you haven't received your product key within two hours, please contact us.

We recommend this to all users, although some fields are not mandatory for warranty and traceability reasons.

Upon receipt of payment to confirm the order

If the purchase is for Private use, tax code.
